January:

February:
In February it's time show our colors: REALTECH announces its provisional annual figures for 2001.

March:
On March 21 REALTECH presents its annual report for 2001 at the balance sheet ond analysts conference in Frankfurt. Those attending are impressed not only by the annual figures but also by the detailed outlook for the year 2002.

REALTECH's appearance at the CeBIT is characterized by the family of theGuard! products: renowned companies such as Andreas Stihl AG & Co. and Trumpf GmbH & Co. KG use the SAP partner forum as an opportunity to demonstrate how they optimize their existing IT systems with software solutions from REALTECH.

April:
Things couldn't be going better: YPF Repsol, the company with the highest sales in Spain and one of the ten largest mineral oil groups in the world, becomes an important new customer as it begins to use the IM/3 software.

May:
Rainer Schmidt and Peter Stier leave the Executive Board at their own request and join the Supervisory Board along with Jürgen B. Harder. Shareholders approve the additions to the Supervisory Board at the General Meeting.

June:
REALTECH increases its capacity: after just one year of construction the new building complex containing 122 ultra-modern offices is ready for entry.

The product range also gains new qualities: enhanced user-friendliness and a sophisticated database concept are the innovations introduced with the new version of theGuard! NetworkManager, Version 5.0.

July:
REALTECH extends is presence in the Far East: REALTECH Japan Co. Ltd., a subsidiary specializing in consulting services for everything to do with SAP systems, is opened in Tokyo. Companies involved in the joint venture include Microsoft Japan Co. Ltd. and Nihon Unisys Co. Ltd.

August:
Yet another new product is launched: theGuard! ServiceLevelAnalyzer supplements REALTECH's integrated family of system and network management software.

September:
Even more renowned major companies choose REALTECH: Generali, Italy's largest insurance company, and Global Value Solutions S.p.A., an Italian hardware and software producer, implement theGuard! TransportManager, while Mitsubishi Motors Cooperation now works with two of our products, theGuard! InventoryManager and theGuard! Helpdesk.

October:
And there is yet another reason to celebrate: Deloitte & Touche, an auditing company, declares REALTECH to be one of the 500 most rapidly expanding companies in the telecommunication, media, and technology sectors - especially thanks to the company's success in establishing itself internationally as a consultancy and software supplier.

Another new face appears: Richard Roy, an independent management consultant, completes REALTECH AG's Supervisory Board and replaces Markus Adam who resigned in July 2002.

November:
REALTECH AG wins Germany's largest drinks supplier as a new customer: Coca Cola Erfrischungsgetränke AG implements the TransportManager software.

An important contract is signed at international level, too: Hadeed, a Saudi Arabian manufacturer of iron and steel, opts for theGuard! ApplicationManager.

December:
Thanks to a cooperation agreement with GlobalTek, REALTECH is now represented in two emerging South American markets: as of now our partner distributes and markets our solutions in Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic.

Wishing to enjoy the sunny side of life even in winter, REALTECH AG's employees once again organize a Christmas bazaar. As always, proceeds are donated to the children's cancer ward at St. Anna's foundation in Ludwigshafen.
