Walldorf, July 23, 2002. REALTECH AG, leading technology consultant and supplier of software solutions with a focus on system and application management announced the establish-ment of the subsidiary REALTECH Japan with head office in Tokyo.
Alongside REALTECH AG, the main shareholders are Microsoft Japan Co. Ltd., Nihon Unisys Co. Ltd. and a team of SAP consultants.
Microsoft Japan Co. Ltd. will cooperate closely with Realtech Japan. Microsoft Japan Co. Ltd. is looking forward to Realtech Japan's consultation in promoting the Windows 2000 DataCenterServer for SAP R/3. REALTECH Japan is also an important partner for Nihon Unisys to develop the DataCenterServer for the SAP market.
