Walldorf, March 16, 2006. At the General Meeting, scheduled to be held on May 16, 2006, the Executive and Supervisory Boards of REALTECH AG, Walldorf, will propose distributing a dividend of 10 euro-cents per share for the net profit of 1,049,527.79 euros recorded for fiscal year 2005. The two committees made this decision at their meetings on February 23, 2006 and March 16, 2006.
