Walldorf, November 13 th, 2001. REALTECH, the leading provider of Technology Consulting, Software Solutions and Hosting of complex e-Business Environments, has officially obtained the partner status "Special Expertise Partner mySAP CRM" from SAP AG. With this partnership, SAP awards companies that have successfully deployed their expertise in mySAP CRM implementations. REALTECH is able to fulfill the strict criteria, such as the high qualification standards and years of implementation experience.
A number of vendors offer services for SAP's mySAP CRM component. However, it is not always clear to the customer what the level of the vendor's proficiency is in mySAP CRM.
SAP's "Special Expertise Partnership mySAP CRM" provides a means for customers to immediately distinguish vendors that are certified in the area of mySAP CRM. High standards, successful implementations, well trained consultants and good demo environments ensure the high quality of partner programs such as SAP's "Special Expertise mySAP Partner" program. REALTECH is one of the few of many applicants to fulfill the strict criteria. To enter the program, the applicants had to prove that they had successfully completed at least two mySAP CRM projects.
REALTECH has built a number of different CRM scenarios for customers such as FIAT GSA in Italy, or KSB AG in Frankenthal, Germany, a worldwide supplier of innovative pump and installation technology. "Worldwide, our customers are able to benefit from the long years of experience of our 50 consultants. We are able to quickly and efficiently deploy the latest technology," explains Daniele Di Croce, Chief Sales Officer at REALTECH AG. "A good example is the new release of mySAP CRM 3.0: REALTECH is one of the first consulting companies in the world to implement this version of mySAP CRM, which was just released in September."
For its newest customer, Schneidersöhne Unternehmensgruppe, REALTECH will be building a web-based shopping solution that is based on mySAP CRM 3.0.
