Walldorf, September 28, 2007 - The STEP-IN training program was developed on the basis of REALTECH's long-term consulting experience and is intended to provide employees with important methodologies as well as with the necessary technical and social skills.
REALTECH continues to pursue its fundamental decision to make a consistent and sustained investment in self-directed training measures with this year's seven-week STEP-IN training program. For the first time, the program is directed not just at consultants with existing SAP expertise who need to update their skills for their entry into the world of SAP NetWeaver and ESOA, but also at employees who are new to SAP consulting.
In a total of four training blocks, participants will first be given insight into general technical matters such as individual SAP components, the SAP strategy, and the well-aligned REALTECH strategy. In a next step, participants will be divided into smaller groups where they will receive specialized training tailored to their intended field of specialization. The specialized courses are supplemented with additional training in methodological and social skills. The program is completed by a SAP NetWeaver learning project and a final presentation to REALTECH's management team. The training gives consultants all the skills they need to undertake their first customer projects - either on their own or accompanied by an experienced REALTECH consultant.
REALTECH's training approach is not only designed to address the development of employees in accordance with the company's strategy and market requirements, but also to promote teamwork. This is gaining increasing importance because future SAP projects will require interdepartmental collaboration. Efficient cooperation in interdisciplinary teams will become a critical success factor for consulting firms.
In addition to consultants that are new to the field, REALTECH is also looking for experienced professionals for its application consulting and SAP NetWeaver development. These employees will be offered extensive training opportunities - because REALTECH focuses on people and their development.
