TransportManager with BMC Remedy, a change management solution. REALTECH is responding to a surge in demand for the integration of theGuard! TransportManager and existing BMC solutions. Companies that use Remedy to manage changes across their IT infrastructures can now use the new solution to efficiently and reliably control software changes to their SAP systems from a central console.
The status updates on change requests stored in BMC Remedy are automatically forwarded to theGuard! TransportManager, which manages the requests for the SAP system. The integration of the two solutions lets users keep full track of all changes that were recorded and approved in BMC Remedy. Process owners can use a workflow monitor to view the status of a change request. All of this helps organizations securely implement software changes in applications that extend across the enterprise.
