How to make the most of the latest SAP technologies
REALTECH's consultants will be on site to talk about the latest SAP technologies and address optimization opportunities in SAP environments: Their consulting focus is on mobile solutions and strategies for SAP, cloud computing with the context of sourcing strategies, the efficient use of SAP HANA in IT operations and SAP Solution Manager consulting.
REALTECH assists customers through all phases of the lifecycle of a mobile solution: From strategy consulting and app development for all major platforms such as Sybase Unwired Platform (SUP), SAP NetWeaver Gateway or SAP Afaria to the implementation and operation of mobile architectures. At the congress, REALTECH will use live app demos to show how mobile solutions can, for example, streamline sales processes. Visitors will also learn more about the cornerstones of a well-conceived mobile strategy and the security-related questions that need to be addressed before the introduction of mobile devices.
New software products
REALTECH will use the congress as an opportunity to present its SAP change management software theGuard! SmartChange to the public. This new software allows SAP professionals to plan, manage, control, and execute all of their changes, for example in the context of SAP system enhancements, system upgrades or release upgrades. It is a modular and integrated solution that includes components for the distribution of changes, the management of change process, the automatic synchronization of changes within the systems, and code analysis features for the identification of vulnerabilities and performance problems.
SAP customers can also use the opportunity to learn more about how the combination of SAP IT Infrastructure Management and SAP Solution Manager can give them a 360-degree view of their entire IT environment. This solution now provides SAP Enterprise Support customers with a unified platform for managing their entire IT architecture from business applications and processes all the way down to complex and heterogeneous infrastructure and network environments.SAP IT Infrastructure Management is an SAP product that is based on the infrastructure management component of REALTECH's theGuard suite of products.
Visitors will also learn about IT service management solutions that cover everything from business service management and ITIL-compliant service operations management to configuration management and IT infrastructure management. To this end, REALTECH will present version 7.1 of its theGuard! Service Management Center, which was launched in August and allows IT departments to monitor virtualized SAP systems, complex Windows server farms, and SAP landscapes.

The German-Speaking SAP User Group (DSAG) is the independent advocacy organization for SAP users in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The 13. annual congress is entitled "Back to the future – ERP as the focus of integrated systems" and will be held in Bremen between September 25 and 27, 2012.
