Thus there are two central requirements for the configuration of reports for the different types of analysis:
- contents and amount of information is freely configurable according to specific selection criteria.
- configuration is reusable in the form of templates.
For this reason, configuration is realized according to the REALTECH collection principle. First select the information that you want to consider and show in your report. Then determine the relevant application types (SAP, Oracle, Exchange) and application instances by selecting the respective servers.
Only those data and objects that are actually monitored in theGuard! ApplicationManager can be selected via wizards, significantly simplifying configuration.
You can rapidly configure any collections and use them to create the most different reports for departments or customers.
Because collections are designed according to a building block system, they can be reused as templates at any time.
Collections can be exported and imported (XML format) and are therefore interchangeable between systems.
theGuard! ApplicationManager by default contains a large number of preconfigured performance collections (e.g. for SAP, Oracle, Exchange …) that contain all KPIs required for the performance analysis.
