The newly developed Management Pack for SAP Monitoring is one of the first integration modules to allow users to display real-time information on the availability, performance, and error status of any SAP NetWeaver component in Microsoft System Center Operations Manager 2007.

This integration solution now allows customers who have purchased this solution to effectively monitor their SAP systems as well. The Management Pack not only includes the standard SAP CCMS alerts, but also the REALTECH-specific extensions in the fields of ABAP, J2EE, CRM, SCM, BI, XI, and SAP Enterprise Portal.

The latest release of theGuard! ApplicationManager includes a guaranteed implementation period of just five days for the SAP monitoring for application landscapes based on SAP NetWeaver. Its optimized concept for the distribution of software components makes the implementation of theGuard! ApplicationManager 4.0 even faster and more efficient.

 

The solution expands the functions of the SAP CCMS standard and of SAP Solution Manager. The installation, maintenance, and individual configuration of the REALTECH data collectors can be accomplished from a single interface for all SAP systems in a matter of no time.

 

Ready-made monitoring packages are now part of the solution. These include all settings and parameters necessary to reliably monitor entire systems, from the operating system to the database to the ABAP and Java-based applications. These packages can be easily distributed across the IT landscape using drag and drop. This simplifies and accelerates the performance analysis and the verification of SAP service levels even in large and complex system environments.
