Clear and concise status information, powerful performance and availability analyses via Web browser

WEB Console

The WEB Console integrates the graphical WEB GUI and furthermore creates an integration environment between the different theGuard! System Management Suite products.
This allows users to stay on top of segment statistics or network configurations through their intranet or internet connection. The following following functions are accesible through the WEB Console:

  • Node status
  • Log (current, history)
  • Performance management (basic)
  • Reporting

The Reporting Console is functionally incorported into the WEB Console. The reports, however, require additional licensing. This requires the Reporting BaseKit and additional product-related Reporting Packages. The Reporting BaseKit is required once only.

Reporting

theGuard! Reporting automates the creation of high-quality, well-structured web-based reports, today’s most sophisticated solution for distributing information. The optional NetworkManager Reporting Package utilizes theGuard! Reporting for analyzing and interpreting multi-layered data such as information on network configuration and performance or the availability of network components.

report

The Reporting Console enables reports to be generated right from the web interface, taking the current data as well as all set filter options into account. Alternatively, this task can also be automated. In the latter case, the desired report for the active selection is generated at set times, regulated by a scheduler. The result is a PDF document containing the formatted data, which can be visualized in both tabular as well as graphical form.
