Assistant on minijob basis (M/F/D)

We are looking for a part-time (10 hours/week) temporary employee to provide active support in the area of office management at our Leimen location as soon as possible.

Your future tasks:
  • You ensure the order of our representative areas
  • You will support our purchasing department in determining demand and procuring consumables.
  • You maintain contact with the cleaning service and facility management
  • You will support our teams in administrative activities

You should bring this with you:
  • Ideally, you have completed a commercial apprenticeship and/or have professional experience in this field.
  • You are characterised by an independent and committed way of working
  • You have very good German language skills
  • You have good knowledge of MS-Office
  • You work for us in the morning
  • You have a class B driving licence
