As a virtual assistant, Ria – REALTECH’s Intelligent Assistant – takes on the role of a supporter. Ria was developed specifically for Service Management and is a REALTECH innovation. As an artificial intelligence, Ria is capable of learning and successively mastering service standards in order to automate process-supporting tasks in your company. As a stand-alone solution, Ria can also be connected to an existing service management tool.

Our solution

The virtual assistant for your support answers questions from employees and customers independently. Typical first-level support requirements can be solved particularly well by Ria: with a very short response time, 24×7 availability and a low error rate. In addition, Ria handles simple and recurring tasks and automates service orders and tickets.

Ria by REALTECH skillfully performs tasks such as creating, updating or closing tickets. It accepts service requests and answers questions based on those knowledge bases and internet resources, which it has access to. As your comprehensive chatbot, it will always answer according to your set personality mode (e.g. Business or Social). Her repertoire also includes the recognition of images including text within images.

Ria independently informs about status updates of personal tickets. She lists all personal tickets on request. Of course, Ria’s actions can be monitored and taken over by a real person at any time.

Via interfaces, you can connect Ria conveniently with your third-party systems and flexibly integrate it into various helpdesk or ticket systems. In addition, Ria can be specially trained and educated for your needs, allowing her to answer recurring questions directly.
