SAP BTP Project Manager

Advise our customers and support them in their digital transformation as part of the SAP Business Transformation team. You will actively shape structures in and contribute your ideas to our newly emerging project team. As project manager, you will be responsible for implementing complex SAP BTP projects with a focus on control, collaboration and customer success.

You lead complex development and transformation projects as part of our S/4HANA initiatives – from the replacement of historically grown in-house developments to the introduction of innovative applications on SAP BTP. - A variety of roles with responsibility
Depending on the project context, you take on different roles – whether as a Bid Manager, Agile Scrum Master or “classic” Project Manager – and steer SAP-related projects safely to success.
- Team leadership built on trust
You lead interdisciplinary project teams and foster open, effective collaboration. - Communication on eye level
You are the central interface to stakeholders, moderate workshops and meetings and advise our customers both operationally and strategically. - Shaping with impact
You actively contribute your project experience to the further development of our business unit and our entire solution portfolio. You support sales both with offers as well as the identification of new potential in ongoing projects.
What makes you the perfect match
- SAP project experience with substance
You have sound experience of SAP projects, ideally in the context of S/4HANA transformations, SAP BTP or complex SAP ECC landscapes. Whether as project manager, consultant or module lead, you know the challenges and opportunities from practical experience. Initial insights into Clean Core initiatives would be great. - Methodologically competent & aware of situations
Scrum, Kanban or classic project management (PMI, Prince2), you are proficient in various approaches and use them specifically in development or implementation projects – in line with scope, team and objectives.
- Tech-savvy & innovation-driven
You are passionate about modern SAP architectures, keep up with technological developments and recognize the potential of SAP BTP for real innovation. - Thinking & shaping along
You identify opportunities for the further development of ongoing customer projects and actively contribute to their expansion with an entrepreneurial eye and strategic sense. - Structured & committing in exchange
You work independently, decisively and in a clearly structured manner. Your communication is committing, in German and English, both internally and externally.
