Data protection information for survey “Change in SAP 2025”

The protection of your personal data and your privacy are very important to us. As part of the survey, we collect personal data from you that helps us to evaluate and interpret the results. Therefore, as a participant in the survey, you should know what happens to your personal data and for what purposes it is processed. You are receiving the following information on the basis of Art. 13 and 14 DS-GVO.

The purpose of processing personal data in the context of the survey is to analyze the opinions of interested parties/customers in order to determine trends in SAP Change Management with the aim of identifying changes in usage behavior. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is your consent in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a DS-GVO. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. To do so, please contact [email protected]. Participation in the survey and the resulting provision of your personal data is voluntary. You will not suffer any disadvantages if you do not provide your personal data in order to participate in the survey. You can cancel the survey at any time.

Duing the questionnaire, you can provide a personal contact address (e-mail). We need this in order to send you an evaluation.

The data is collected using the survey tool Survey Monkey (Survey Monkey Inc.). While the survey is being conducted, the data is stored on Survey Monkey Inc. servers (USA, Ireland and Canada). For further processing, the data is also automatically transferred to Hubspot and stored on a secure HubSpot server in the USA while the survey is being conducted. During this time, access to your data is password-protected. Once the survey has been completed, the data is also transferred to a password-protected server at REALTECH AG. REALTECH has concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) with HubSpot and Survey Monkey Inc. for the secure transfer of personal data. In addition, HubSpot and Survey Monkey Inc. are participants in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF). The answers to the prospective customer/customer survey and the results derived from them are stored and saved in order to evaluate the results for the aforementioned purpose of the processing, as it must be ensured that the empirical data is collected in accordance with scientific rules.
The legal basis for the processing is Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR. The controller has a legitimate interest in analyzing customer and prospective customer opinions using scientific methods and in keeping the results derived from this for the traceability of the derived results. The responses of the participants must be stored to ensure the traceability of the survey results. The personal data processed in the context of the prospective customer/customer survey will be stored for five years after the survey is completed and then deleted. This data is not passed on to third parties and remains on REALTECH AG’s secure servers in Germany.

You have the following rights: You have the right to

  • information (Art. 15 GDPR),
  • correction (Art. 16 GDPR),
  • deletion (Art. 17 GDPR),
  • restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) and to data transfer (Art. 20 GDPR).

We do our best to process requests as quickly as possible. Any consent given to the processing of personal data can be revoked at any time. The legality of the processing on the basis of the consent until revocation remains unaffected.

By ticking the box at the end of the survey, you confirm your consent to the processing of the data entered in accordance with the data protection information. The following is confirmed:

  • I consent to the processing of my personal data for the purposes stated above.
  • I understand that I may revoke my consent at any time without affecting the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until revocation.

You have the right to contact a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The right to complain exists regardless of other administrative or judicial remedies.

The data protection notice is currently valid and is dated December 2024. It may be necessary to amend this notice due to changes in legal or official requirements.
